The role involves working as part of one or more Project teams to support the Project Manager in project support activities. This role is part of Property where you'll help us to lead the way investing and maintaining 46,000 homes. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract Opportunity.
What you'll achieve:
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring governance is effective.
- Manage Action Tracking from key project meetings, chasing as needed and flagging up matters of concern to PM.
- Take minutes at key project meetings.
- Maintain project RAID log.
- Raise and track purchase requisitions/orders.
- Project administration, including:
- On/off boarding of resources.
- Organising and setting up workshops/meetings.
- Co-ordination of Sharepoint sites.
- Create and maintain monthly Portfolio reports and/or dashboards showing project progress, health, finances and trends.
- Support with data collation where required.
What you'll bring:
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and negotiate deadlines.
- Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills.
- Understanding of project management approaches and methodologies.
- Experience in a PMO/PSA role.
- A team player with a flexible working approach.
