The role
Salary shown is full time equivalent
18.13 hours (0.5 head) available. Working pattern to ideally include 2 full days to be discussed at interview.
We are looking to recruit an Income Collection and Recovery Officer to provide advice and assistance to customers on all areas related to income collection and recovery. In addition to maximising income through tenancy enforcement, negotiation, arrears recovery and triage. The team work in a hybrid way, with a mix of office and home based working.
This role is part of Customer & Communities where you\'ll help us to lead the way keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers.
What you\'ll achieve
You will deal with pre legal queries, and proactively contact customers to resolve debt issues and negotiate repayment schemes. You will investigate any disputes, collating the relevant information to ensure the best outcome. You will take accountability for performance and ensuring all KPIs are met.
