Orbit Group is seeking a Senior Pre-Construction Surveyor to lead the defective building remediation programme and co-ordinate project design across refurbishment initiatives. You will work under the Pre-Construction Manager to steer projects from initial investigation through RIBA Stages 1–4, ensuring regulatory and budgetary controls are met.
You will travel across Orbit's core geographies, contributing to a place-based asset strategy and coordinating external consultants and contractors.
