Making it your home, together. The role Fantastic opportunity to join the Outbound team within our Customer Care department. This team deliver project work for the business to drive customer engagement and communication. They make outbound calls to customers, covering all issues – e.g. repairs, tenancy and income – so a flexible approach is key. You work collaboratively with wider teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery is met. You will engage with customers, discuss feedback, update records and undertake ad hoc project work to support business need. Strong communication skills will be key. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work to deadlines and produce results. Our next group induction starts on 5th January 2026 Customer Care is accessible to our customers from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and between 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. Full time Advisors work shift patterns within these times. Colleagues work to fair and robust shift pattern rotas which are communicated in advance. What will help you make a difference. Excellent literacy, numeracy, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to write clear and concise notes of customer interactions Ability to work in a team, be resilient and with a drive and passion to deliver an excellent customer experience, doing the right thing at the right time Good IT skills Good active listening skills and the ability to be persuasive and empathetic Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations Ability to be professional, responsible with a honest and methodical approach and attention to detail. Experience of customer relations and service A flexible approach to working hours and ability to work shift patterns between 8 am and 8pm should it be required.Desirable skills Demonstrable experience with vulnerable customer groups.Why Orbit?
