Orbit Group in the UK is seeking a Customer Involvement & Influence Manager to lead the customer influence team and shape future service delivery. You will design and deliver engagement programmes, build long-term models, and embed a customer-first mindset across strategy and decision making.

The role is agile and based at our Coventry office with monthly travel; you'll collaborate across the organisation to ensure the customer voice drives transformation and improves outcomes for Orbit.
