The purpose of this role will be working as part of one or more Project teams to support the Project Manager(s) in Project support activities. This role is part of Property where you'll help us to lead the way investing and maintaining 46,000 homes. We would look to accept applications from any of our Orbit Geographies, Midlands / East Anglia and the South East.

What you’ll achieve

  • Support the Project Manager in ensuring governance is effective:
    • Managing Action Tracking from key project meetings, chasing as needed and flagging up matters of concern to PM
    • Taking minutes at key project meetings
    • Maintaining project RAID log
    • Project administration, including:
      • On/off boarding of resources
      • Organising and setting up workshops/meetings
      • Create and maintain monthly Portfolio reports and/or dashboards etc showing project progress, health, finances and trends
      • Support with data collation where required
      • Raising and tracking purchase requisitions/orders

    What you’ll bring

    Essential skills

    • Highly organised, able to prioritise and negotiate deadlines.
    • Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
    • Excellent written/oral communication skills.
    • Understanding of project management approaches and methodologies.
    • Experience in a PMO/PSA role.
