We are looking for a capable individual to provide support to our Income and Collection team. You will provide high quality compliance on all areas related to income collection and recovery. This will involve working across the Income team, producing high quality information, and engaging with customers. Please note the team work a mix of office and home based working. This role is part of Customer & Communities where you will help us to lead the way keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers.
What you’ll achieve:
- High quality record keeping, reviewing case notes and records
- Collating documents - ensuring accuracy and following policy and procedure
- Work on online portal to review records and manage any compliance issues
- Deal with enquiries from the customer over phone, email and via letters
- Liaising with internal and external teams
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience and ability to interpret basic data reports
- Good customer communication skills
- Manage and prioritise own workload to ensure all deadlines are met
- Recent experience of office administration role - working at high volume
