The role Orbit are delighted to be recruiting for a Community Investment Administrator to join us on an 18 month FTC to cover an internal secondment. The Community Investment Administrator will play a key role in supporting the work of the Community Investment and Successful Tenancies team by providing effective administration support. This will ensure our systems and processes run efficiently and securely and that customers receive a quality service. Working within the heart of our Better Days service offering for customers, you will support us to manage our Tenancy Sustainment case work related administration, financial processing and support us to bring together communications across the team and wider business. This role is well suited to an individual with strong, organisation, communication and coordination skills, with a passion for helping people. This role is part of our Customer directorate where you'll help us to lead the way in keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers. This role is known internally as an Administration Case Worker. Where you'll be working This role can be fulfilled from any Orbit location - Coventry, Stratford upon Avon, Norwich, Erith, Kent, Hastings, and will involve travel. What you'll achieve Responsibility for the marketing and customer communications for local engagement and activities, including liaison with Orbit’s Customer Communications team. Lead on administration of our Better Days inbox and Community Coach casework support, including liaison with customers, and external partners to help achieve successful outcomes and improve customer experience. Provide operational support across the Community Investment and Successful Tenancies Team. Responsible for minute taking, and diary support across the SMT. Liaison with third party suppliers e.g. when making arrangements for events and activities and stock management of our promotional items. Supporting the team with financial procedures including invoice processing and payments to partners. What you'll bring Essential skills Experience of supporting project management processes including claims processes. Experience of working with and supporting customers. Adhere to the policies, rules and procedures including, Health and Safety, safeguarding, equalities and all other legislative responsibilities, governance, financial and procedural rules. Excellent communication skills including experience of dealing directly with customers.
