We seek to provide sector leading homes that delight our customers, through a genuinely tenure blind approach to design, layout, specification and customer experience, ensuring that we create homes and communities that our customers love with all the support they need throughout the process. Our developments range from small schemes in rural villages, through to large urban regeneration projects across the Midlands, East and the South East. We build a variety of homes from one bedroom apartments through to larger family homes. Our strategic partnership with Homes England has helped support our 2030 Strategy commitment to deliver 7,000 new and regenerated homes by 2030. Our developments include a mix of tenures, including market sale, shared ownership and social rent homes to ensure we create balanced and sustainable communities that will flourish.
