Orbit Credit Services is seeking a Field Collections Agent to visit customers at their homes within Brentwood and nearby areas.
You will help them find a way forward with their finances, offering empathy, guidance and practical solutions.
You will handle arrears for regulated and non-regulated clients, accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re-engage customers with client services using an Orbit-provided i Pad.
A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required.
