Join our award-winning South London brewery, renowned for our core range of classic European-style beers and our innovative White Label Series, featuring everything from Hefeweizen and Helles to our acclaimed Tzatziki Sour. Our 38Hl brew kit lives alongside our well-loved taproom under four railway arches in Southeast London, near the edge of Zone 1. Over the past ten years, our tight-knit team has grown steadily, driven by our passion for brewing exceptional beers.
We are dedicated to producing the finest beer, championing lesser-known styles, and fostering a fun and supportive environment for our staff’s well-being and professional development.
We are seeking a highly conscientious, well-organised, focused, and passionate brewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy brewhouse working at a steady pace whilst maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, cleanliness, and organisation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm and passion for brewing and beer culture
- Minimum of 5 years commercial brewing experience, with knowledge of brewing, packaging, and CIP, IBD or equivalent brewing qualifications
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently following established processes
- Strong, creative problem-solving skills and a positive, resourceful attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A collaborative spirit and dedication to developing and maintaining high standards within a small team
- Experience in designing and executing recipe ideas
- Mechanically inclined or possessing engineering experience is highly desirable
- Experience with Meheen M6 packaging line is desirable
- Possession of driving and forklift licences is desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhering to CIP procedures and maintaining cleaning schedules
- Brewing wort to precise specifications
- Cellaring
- Packaging beer into kegs and bottles
- Performing warehouse duties
- Assisting in recipe development and the development of our barrel-aged series
- Ensuring the cleanliness and integrity of the brewhouse and broader brewery environment
