Full-Time | Experienced 360 Consultant or Senior Consultant
For the recruiter who cares about quality, brand, and long-term impact, in this role you’ll take ownership of a Perm Product Management desk, working with product-first and design-centric companies where solving customer pain points genuinely matters. We’re looking for an experienced Consultant/Senior Consultant to join one of our highest-performing teams, working across the UK & Europe market, partnering with the most ambitious product-led businesses building their teams to shape their future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running a full 360 perm recruitment desk, managing the recruitment process end to end
- Building and owning trusted relationships with founders, CPOs and Product leaders, advising on how to design and scale high-impact Product teams from PM through to CPO level, while maintaining long-term candidate relationships
- Partnering with high-growth VC and PE-backed start-ups and scale-ups, as well as global enterprises, across product-led environments including B2B SaaS, B2C, developer platforms and AI, helping modernise product organisations and hire the people shaping customer experience
- Building presence in the Product community, hosting events, building founder and CPO relationships and becoming the recruiter Product leaders actually call first
- Collaborating with several highly experienced product recruiters at Orbis to grow an existing product community that delivers real value to clients and candidates
