Full-Time | Experienced 360 Consultant or Senior Consultant

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a Contract Identity & Access Management (IAM) desk spanning the UK and Europe. You’ll work with top tier clients operating in complex, high-stakes environments where speed, trust, and deep specialist knowledge separate average recruiters from those clients rely on. This desk isn’t about volume-only delivery. It’s about building authority in a niche market, developing long-term client partnerships, and managing a high-quality contractor talent pool that clients come back to again and again.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running a full 360 contract recruitment desk across the UK & Europe, managing the recruitment process end to end
  • Developing new business and managing existing client relationships
  • Working closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand requirements and timelines
  • Developing relationships with security leaders, programme owners, and delivery teams
  • Building and managing a specialist network of IAM contractors
  • Delivering fast, high-quality solutions across complex enterprise environments
