The Role:
We’re looking for a Compliance Officer to join our compliance team and help maintain the highest standards across our client and contractor onboarding processes.
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running and monitoring of our risk and compliance framework, as well as providing hands-on support to teams across multiple regions.
- Experience in a compliance, onboarding, or contractor services role, ideally within recruitment or staffing. Exposure to European and U.S. markets is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to present information clearly, accurately, and professionally.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A strong customer service mindset, driven to deliver excellence and support a high-performing contract and compliance team.
