Our client, a leading asset management company based in London, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This role combines project management and business analysis responsibilities, focusing on working with and coordinating vendor relationships, defining business requirements, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of third-party solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across internal business stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers
- Oversee integrations between new solutions and internal systems
- Ensure projects are delivered on time
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for new or enhanced cloud solutions
- Translate business requirements into vendor-facing specifications or configuration instructions
- Support data migration, configuration, and integration activities
- Develop business process documentation and support end-user training
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience working in Financial Services, as a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager. Private Equity / Private Markets experience highly desirable
- Strong background in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder engagement (specifically with vendors and 3rd party)
- Experience with enterprise cloud systems β Anaplan, DealCloud etc.
- Experience coordinating multiple 3rd parties and internal stakeholders
- Interest in exploring how AI can enhance the business. (No previous AI experience required)
Qualifications
- Project management certifications (PRINCE2, Agile PM, PMP) or BA qualifications (BCS, IIBA)
