We are an employee-owned supported living organisation who specialise in providing bespoke packages of support to people with learning disabilities and complex needs who wish to live in the community in their own home. We support adults and young people with learning disabilities, Autism, physical disabilities, and positively respond to people's behaviours.

This role will involve weekends, evenings, and nights – £14.22 per hour and £101.68 for sleep-ins, with an average annual salary of £25,843 (based on 30 hours per week). This is an opportunity to work with and support a young gentleman with autism and a learning disability, enabling him to live an enriched life within his own home in the community. He likes to get out in his car on a regular basis, for long drives and visits to different venues within the North East. He also enjoys spending quiet days at home or in the garden.

It is essential that the applicant must have a full UK MANUAL DRIVING LICENCE due to the need to be able to drive the mobility car of the supported person as part of the role.
