We are an employee-owned supported living organisation who specialise in providing bespoke packages of support to people with learning disabilities & complex needs who wish to live in the community in their own home. We support adults & young people with learning disabilities, Autism & physical disabilities.

We are looking for staff to support a young man in the Carr Hill area of Gateshead. He currently lives with his family but is building up a staff team to support him to move into his own home. If you were successful in your application, you would be one of the founding members of his support team at a very exciting time in his life.

All levels of experience are welcome to apply for this post; the most important thing is your attitude to your role. We are looking to recruit a Full Time Support Worker for this vacancy. This role will involve weekends, evenings & nights – £14.22 per hour & £101.68- £127.10 for sleep-ins, average annual salary of £34,152 (based on full-time hours) £10 enhancement per waking night shift.
