We are an employee-owned supported living organisation who specialise in providing bespoke packages of support to people with learning disabilities and complex needs who wish to live in the community in their own home.
We support adults & young people with learning disabilities, Autism, physical disabilities, support with and positively respond topeople’s behaviours.

They like structure & routine in their day & enjoy a range of activities, such as watching DVD’s, listening to music, going on walks, going to the park.
We need support staff who will work with the person for the long term, to build trust & strong relationships with them.
We need positive loyal, committed staff who are fun & enjoy having a laugh & being a little silly to enrich their life.
We are looking to recruit a Full-Time and Part-Time Support Worker in Jarrow, South Shields . This role involves working weekends, evenings, sleep ins & waking nights.
£14.22per hour & £127.10 for sleep-ins , enhancement of £10 per waking nightshift, average annual salary of £34,150+ (based on full-time hours)
