*Hours:* 40.22 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7pm β 7am

*Purpose:* We are seeking professional Surveillance Officers to join our advanced Alarm Receiving Centre. Ideal candidates should possess outstanding communication and IT skills, a problem-solving mindset, and keen attention to detail.
Your role will involve intercepting threats to the sites we monitor, working at the forefront of the company to protect customers assets. You will collaborate closely with emergency services to deliver emergency interventions during live incidents.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Surveillance of lone workers to provide specialist support and intervention during high-risk situations.
* Actively observing live CCTV footage to provide dynamic risk management to client contracts.
* Providing a high-level response to intruder, fire and personal attack alarms.
* Directly coordinating with police and emergency services for rapid response to emergencies.
* Liasing with home office police forces nationally to provide emergency resourcing for re-secures and fleet decontaminations.
* Focus and drive to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement of service output.
*Appointment to this position will be subject to a 5-year reference and successful DBS, credit and Police National Computer checks.*
