We’re partnering with a well-known, consumer-facing technology business to help them hire a Technical Programme Manager to lead some of their most important internal transformation initiatives. While the organisation operates at significant scale, this role sits within a highly product- and tech-led environment with a fast pace and strong delivery culture.

You’ll join a central tech transformation function, reporting into senior leadership, and will be responsible for running horizontal, cross-functional programmes that improve how technology operates across the business. It’s a true TPM position focused on ops excellence, systems and tooling optimisation, and internal change.

Responsibilities
  • Own horizontal, cross-functional programmes that improve how technology operates across the business, focusing on operations excellence, systems and tooling optimisation, and internal change.
  • Work end to end on programmes from discovery through delivery and adoption.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Security, and IT, translating technical detail into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate ownership and the ability to influence without authority.

Location: London-based hybrid role. Immediate starters are strongly preferred, though short notice periods may be considered.

Contract and Compensation: £80,000-100,000 base salary, plus standard benefits. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a strong intention to convert to permanent. In some cases, a permanent hire from day one may be considered.
