Unique opportunity as part of the high performing technology organization for a fast growing insurer. You will play a lead role in the design and delivery of user appropriate systems training across the core enterprise platforms they have deployed.

You’ll own the production of training material, communication strategy and ongoing capability development of all staff. Working closely with strategic decision makers in technology, you’ll play an active role in understanding new features and functionality of key platforms whilst being responsible for rolling out any changes to the business.

Proactively identify usage and adoption gaps, spotting opportunities for continuous improvement in how system training is delivered.

How you will be measured:

  • Production and upkeep of high quality training material that is engaging and user appropriate.
  • The successful candidate will be able to directly influence system adoption rates and embed future systems in a scalable way.
  • You’ll have built in depth relationships with key business stakeholders to help influence how successful new starters mobilize.
  • Ability to take feedback from user groups and adapt training accordingly whether that be for grade, function or location.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience designing training material that is high quality and engaging.
  • Specific experience in the London Markets insurance industry with knowledge of end to end process workflows.
  • Proven track record of delivering multimedia training cross functionally for a fast growth global firm including working with Insurance Brokers.
  • Functional understanding of widely used insurance systems and some enterprise systems including Salesforce.
  • Very strong communication skills, with the ability to engage right up to senior levels.
