The Orbis Product Recruitment Team is partnering with a leading AI product company in the Middle East that is helping some of the region's largest financial institutions transform how lending and credit decisions are made. Backed by one of the world's fastest-growing AI ecosystems, they are building enterprise-grade AI products that combine large language models, document intelligence and agentic workflows to solve complex, high-value business problems.
Their latest initiative focuses on the credit approval process within institutional banking. The platform ingests large volumes of credit and risk documentation, generates structured recommendations and provides decision-makers with an AI-powered assistant capable of interrogating lending proposals in real time. The goal is simple: help credit committees make better decisions, faster.
They are looking for a Product Manager to work directly with senior stakeholders at a major Middle Eastern bank, understand how credit decisions are made and translate those requirements into product features and roadmap priorities. You'll sit at the centre of the client, product and engineering relationship, helping shape both what gets built and how AI capabilities are applied to solve real user problems.
The ideal candidate will combine strong product management experience with a solid understanding of modern AI products. Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, document intelligence or agentic workflows will be highly valuable, alongside exposure to banking, lending, credit risk or financial services products. They don't need an engineer, but they do need someone who can comfortably bridge commercial requirements and technical delivery.
This is an opportunity to help define a flagship AI product that is expected to be deployed across multiple financial institutions in the region, with strong potential for future engagements beyond the initial programme.
If you've built AI-powered products in banking, fintech, risk, lending or other data-rich enterprise environments, I'd love to hear from you.
