Now Hiring: Solutions Architect – CRM (London or Hybrid UK)
A large-scale transformation programme is underway at a forward-thinking organisation within financial services, and we’re looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, flexible CRM systems—primarily focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 .
This is a strategic opportunity to help shape a modern architecture that enables fast, iterative product delivery across a complex business landscape. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure CRM solutions are scalable, resilient, and designed for long-term adaptability.
What You’ll Do
- Own CRM architecture and lead the design of enterprise-scale solutions
- Architect modular, loosely coupled systems using modern design principles
- Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and event-driven components
- Oversee data modelling, migrations, and governance across multiple CRM rollouts
- Assess and incorporate third-party platforms and tools as needed
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align technology with outcomes
- Document systems clearly using C4 modelling and tools like Mermaid/PlantUML
- Ensure robust security, performance, and data integrity across CRM platforms
- 5+ years in Solutions Architecture , with a focus on CRM systems
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Salesforce or other CRM platforms also welcome)
- Deep understanding of API integration and event-driven architecture
- Experience designing cloud-native solutions, ideally on Azure
- Skilled in designing for scalability, data flow, and system interoperability
- Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders across tech and business
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with architectural modelling tools
