The Orbis Product Recruitment Team has partnered with a leading global payments company to find a (Senior) Product Director for one of their core payments tribe.

This dynamic global payments organisation has strategically acquired multiple companies over the past 5 years, consolidating expertise across the cross-border payments ecosystem. These acquisitions have introduced complexity to their API-first, B2B SaaS solutions that serve diverse payment institutions, banks, FinTech companies, and FX brokers. This presents a significant opportunity to streamline operations and enhance their customer experience.

Reporting directly to the GM of this business unit, you will spearhead multiple tribes and squads whilst providing direct line management to product managers. Within their strong product culture, you will play a crucial role in cultivating exceptional product craft throughout the organisation and recruiting top product management talent to sustain their product-first operational approach.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate proven experience in product leadership, exceptional product craft developed within product-first organisations, and comprehensive domain knowledge across the payments landscape.
