The Orbis Product Recruitment Team is partnering with a profitable consumer platform with over one million members and a small, high impact team of around 25 people. The business has recently been acquired by a larger organisation, now its parent company, bringing stability and investment while retaining the pace and autonomy of a lean product team.
The platform spans web and mobile app experiences and serves a broad, engaged audience. They’re now hiring a Product Manager to bring structure, clarity and momentum to delivery across key areas of the product.
This is a Product Manager role in title, but execution is the focus. In other organisations, this might be closer to a Product Owner or Delivery Manager role. Strategy and long term direction sit with senior leadership. What they need is someone with high agency and accountability. A proactive operator who owns the backlog, translates needs into clear requirements, and helps engineering teams deliver consistently.
You’ll work closely with engineers, data, marketing and commercial teams, acting as the bridge between ideas and shipped outcomes. This role suits someone comfortable working autonomously, thriving in ambiguity, and getting real satisfaction from making progress happen.
London based hybrid role, 2-3 days a week in the office.
£50,000 to £65,000 base salary + bonus + benefits.
