Product Lead – Lending Services 🚀

The Orbis Product Recruitment team is currently seeking a Product Lead for a fast-growing fintech company providing innovative payment solutions for SMEs across Europe. This is a high-impact opportunity to own and execute the lending strategy, focusing on Merchant Cash Advances (MCAs) and microloans, while leading a team of product managers.

As Product Lead, you’ll drive product innovation and performance optimisation by working cross-functionally with risk, compliance, engineering, and marketing. You’ll balance partnership-driven lending with the potential for in-house solutions, ensuring strong execution and growth through key performance indicators like approval rates, repayment success, and customer retention.

✅ Must-have: Strong experience in lending/credit products, ideally in the SME or fintech space, with proven product leadership and execution skills.

📍Location: London (hybrid)

💰 ~£100,000-140,000 + bonus + benefits.
