I'm working with one of the world's leading asset managers to hire an Enterprise AI Architect who will define how AI is adopted across a global technology team. This isn't an engineering role building isolated AI applications - it's an opportunity to own the enterprise AI architecture strategy, working alongside senior technology leadership to establish the standards, governance and architectural direction that will underpin AI across the organisation.

The Role

You'll work across technology, data and business leadership to shape how AI is embedded throughout the firm. Responsibilities will include:

  • Defining enterprise AI architecture, standards and reference patterns
  • Designing architectures for LLMs, RAG, agentic AI and multi-agent systems
  • Creating governance frameworks covering model risk, security and responsible AI
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across technology and the business to drive AI adoption
  • Evaluating emerging AI technologies and translating them into practical enterprise strategy

Experience needed:

  • Enterprise Architecture within large, complex organisations
  • AI architecture rather than purely software engineering
  • LLMs, RAG, vector databases and modern AI platforms
  • Agentic AI and orchestration frameworks
  • Enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks
  • AI governance, security and architecture standards
  • Communicating with executive stakeholders and influencing technology strategy.

Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential for exceptional candidates with strong enterprise AI architecture experience. If you're currently shaping AI strategy rather than simply consuming it, I'd be keen to have a confidential conversation - apply here.
