We are partnering with a leading private markets investment platform seeking a Data & Reporting Manager to join a high-performing investment team. This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of portfolio management, investor reporting, fundraising support, and business intelligence. You'll play a central role in managing portfolio data, producing insightful reporting, and supporting investor communications across a growing private credit platform.

Working closely with investment professionals, finance teams, and investor relations stakeholders, you'll help ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting that supports both portfolio oversight and capital raising activities.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the collection, validation, and maintenance of portfolio company financial and operational data within portfolio monitoring systems.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
  • Partner with investment and finance teams to improve reporting standards and processes.
  • Support ongoing enhancements and development of portfolio reporting systems and tools.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of fund forecasting and performance models.
  • Develop and maintain management information dashboards and reporting packs.
  • Produce analysis on portfolio and fund performance to support decision-making.
  • Maintain central databases containing key portfolio, fund, and performance metrics.
  • Drive improvements in data management and reporting efficiency.

Investor & Stakeholder Reporting

  • Lead the production of periodic investor reporting, including quarterly and bespoke reporting requirements.
  • Support the preparation of fundraising materials, presentations, due diligence questionnaires, and investor communications.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and data enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Investor Relations, Finance, and Investment teams to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.

Experience & Skills

  • Approximately 7+ years' experience within asset management, private markets, private credit, private equity, or a related investment environment.
  • Experience managing large and complex performance datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and data manipulation.
  • Experience using portfolio management, performance reporting, or investment monitoring systems.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex information clearly.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree educated or equivalent relevant experience.
