I’m working on multiple hires for a high-performing team building AI-driven products within a major investment and technology environment. They’re looking for strong Full-Stack AI Engineers who can operate in a fast-paced, highly technical environment and help build production-grade AI systems from the ground up.

Tech stack:

  • Next.js
  • Python
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Strong experience with LLM integration, RAG architectures and agentic systems

This is not a “playground AI” role. They want engineers who have actually shipped AI products into production and understand the engineering challenges around scalability, orchestration, reliability and real-world usage and can talk about it during the interview.

Financial services or investment management exposure is highly valuable, particularly private markets/private equity environments, but broader FS experience is also relevant. The environment is high-intensity and execution-focused, so it suits people who enjoy moving quickly, taking ownership and working alongside strong engineers.

Contract details:

  • 6-month rolling contracts
  • Fully remote across the UK & Europe
  • Other locations considered if aligned to UAE working hours
