Our client, a leading Market Infrastructure business are seeking a Commodities/ETD trading specialist to supervise clients with their day-to-day trading flows, from an eTrading functionality, surveillance, benchmarking and supervisory perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory support across eTrading and Ref Data services
- Be responsible for day to day functional and technical support to client base
- Provide 1st line supervision across all trading flows (Order status, functionality etc)
- Escalate suspicious trading activity to internal surveillance team
- Implement new procedures, to improve functionality
- Work on change initiatives and projects to improve services and client experience
- Determine closing prices across product offering
Experience & Background
- 10 years experience working within a similar role, with exposure across Commodities and/or Listed Derivatives
- Good knowledge of electronic trading front to back flows and order status
- Good knowledge or relevant regulation and rules (MiFID II etc)
- Prior experience of supporting a Trading venue or working within an Exchange would be desirable
- Client facing experience in a busy and fast paced role
