We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Business Analyst to lead the development and evolution of technology solutions for our client’s global Private Credit business. This role sits at the intersection of investment operations, technology, and client experience, driving innovative products that enhance scalability, transparency, and operational efficiency across the private credit lifecycle.

You will work closely with investment teams, operations, technology, data, and external vendors to define product strategy, manage delivery roadmaps, and ensure solutions meet the evolving needs of the business and its clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the product roadmap for digital solutions supporting the Private Credit platform
  • Translate business requirements into clear product features, user stories, and delivery priorities
  • Partner with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Technology to identify opportunities for digital transformation
  • Lead Agile product delivery processes, including backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritisation
  • Drive automation and workflow optimisation across loan lifecycle management, reporting, investor servicing, and portfolio monitoring
  • Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to deliver intuitive and scalable user experiences
  • Ensure products align with regulatory, operational, and data governance requirements
  • Analyse user feedback, product performance metrics, and market trends to continuously improve solutions
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and technology delivery teams
Required Experience
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within Buy Side financial services
  • Strong understanding of Private Credit, broad Private Markets, Asset Management, or Alternative Investments
  • Experience delivering digital platforms, workflow tools, or data solutions in complex financial environments
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and product management best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with investment operations, loan servicing, or portfolio management systems is highly desirable
  • Experience with private credit lifecycle processes including origination, underwriting, servicing, and reporting
  • Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, or workflow automation tools
  • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Ownership is advantageous
  • Exposure to enterprise vendor platforms
