We’re partnering with a high-growth Fintech building security and compliance tooling for modern payment and data workflows. Their platform helps engineering teams securely handle sensitive payment data, reducing PCI burden and enabling more flexible payment architecture.

They’re now building their first commercial team in London. These are the founding Account Executive hires for the region. The current GTM organisation is primarily based in New York, and leadership is now looking to establish a commercial presence capable of scaling the next phase of growth.

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Build pipeline through outbound targeting across fintech, payments, and infrastructure accounts
  • Manage multi-threaded opportunities across engineering, product, payments, and executive stakeholders
  • Build commercial cases around PCI scope reduction, developer efficiency, and payment flexibility
  • Partner closely with sales leadership on territory development and regional GTM strategy
  • Help shape the early London commercial organisation as the team scales

Strong technical sales fluency and ability to engage engineering stakeholders credibly. Ability to manage both strategic enterprise cycles and faster commercial deals. Experience working alongside Solutions Engineers or technical sales teams. Strong commercial ownership and ability to operate autonomously. Building pipeline across the UK/EU market. Becoming a trusted commercial partner to technical and executive buyers. Helping establish and scale the London GTM function. Driving repeatable outbound and enterprise sales motions as the business grows.
