The Orbis Product Recruitment Team is partnering with a global payments FinTech to help expand their established product team. While the wider organisation is a large corporate, this role sits within a highly successful FinTech unicorn that was acquired several years ago and has retained its fast-paced product-led culture.

You’ll join the established FX product tribe, reporting into the Product Director. FX is a core part of the wider payments platform, and you’ll work closely with global B2B2X customers to deliver meaningful value through user-centred products.

Working end to end, Product Managers in this area are expected to demonstrate strong experience across discovery, delivery, and adoption. You’ll be comfortable operating in cross-functional squads alongside Delivery Managers, Engineering Managers, and engineers. High levels of ownership, accountability, and proactivity are essential for success in this team.

London-based hybrid role, with three days per week in the office. Includes a flexible work-from-anywhere policy for four weeks in every twelve months. Up to £80,000 base salary, plus a strong bonus, generous pension, and full corporate benefits.
