🌟 Senior Product Designer – Payments & Digital Assets
🤝 The Orbis Product Recruitment Team is partnering with a Series A fintech operating at the intersection of payments and digital assets. The company provides regulated financial infrastructure for institutional clients and is entering a major scaling phase. We are recruiting a Senior Product Designer to level up clarity, usability and end-to-end experience across a mission-critical platform.
🔍 The product combines complex financial workflows, rich data and institutional use cases. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Technical BAs and a Senior Product Marketing Manager to turn dense information and technical logic into intuitive journeys and simple, elegant interfaces.
👋 As the Senior Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end design from research and journey mapping through to high-fidelity work, prototyping, usability testing and iteration. You’ll evolve the design system and create explanatory artefacts that help customers and internal teams understand complex financial flows.
🙌 We're looking for proven experience designing complex financial applications within fintech or banking, ideally including neobanks, trading platforms or B2B fintech solutions. A portfolio demonstrating clear UX thinking in data-dense environments is essential.
📍 London Office (very flexible working pattern)
💰 £70,000-£90,000 base salary + benefits
