We’re partnering with a high-growth Fintech building security and compliance tooling for modern payment and data workflows. Their platform helps engineering teams securely handle sensitive payment data, reducing PCI burden and enabling more flexible payment architecture.
The business is seeing strong growth across both the US and Europe, with roughly half of the customer base in the UK/EU market. They’re now building their first commercial team in London. These are the founding Account Executive hires for the region. The current GTM organisation is primarily based in New York, and leadership is now looking to establish a commercial presence capable of scaling the next phase of growth.
You’ll be selling into highly technical stakeholders including CTOs, VP Engineering, Heads of Payments, and product leaders across fintechs, payment infrastructure providers, enterprise merchants, and payment-enabled SaaS businesses. The role requires someone comfortable balancing both strategic, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities and faster-moving founder-led commercial cycles.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build pipeline through outbound targeting across fintech, payments, and infrastructure accounts
- Run technical discovery conversations around APIs, payment architecture, tokenization, and compliance workflows
- Manage multi-threaded opportunities across engineering, product, payments, and executive stakeholders
- Coordinate technical validation and pilot/POC processes alongside Solutions Engineering
- Build commercial cases around PCI scope reduction, developer efficiency, and payment flexibility
- Partner closely with sales leadership on territory development and regional GTM strategy
- Provide product and market feedback directly into leadership and product teams
- Help shape the early London commercial organisation as the team scales
What They’re Looking For
- 3–6 years closing experience in B2B SaaS, infrastructure, fintech, developer tools, or payments
- Strong technical sales fluency and ability to engage engineering stakeholders credibly
- Experience selling API, infrastructure, platform, or technically complex products
- Ability to manage both strategic enterprise cycles and faster commercial deals
- Full-cycle experience including outbound pipeline generation
- Experience working alongside Solutions Engineers or technical sales teams
- Strong commercial ownership and ability to operate autonomously
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments
What Success Looks Like
- Building pipeline across the UK/EU market
- Closing strategic infrastructure and payments opportunities
- Becoming a trusted commercial partner to technical and executive buyers
- Helping establish and scale the London GTM function
- Driving repeatable outbound and enterprise sales motions as the business grows
Why It’s Interesting
- Developer-first infrastructure product with strong technical credibility
- Exposure to modern payments architecture and security workflows
- Strong existing traction across the UK/EU market
- Opportunity to join early before the next stage of scale
- Meaningful equity upside in a high-growth infrastructure business
