Orbis Golf is partnering with GetGolfing CIO to deliver a fantastic golf academy experience at The Club at Mill Green, alongside delivering on the charitable objectives of GetGolfing CIO. We are now opening recruitment for an Academy Head Coach to join us on a self-employed basis. Orbis Golf are passionate about helping PGA Professionals to improve their coaching business and measure the value they are bringing to the facility they are working with. Join our growing team of 30 PGA Professionals and industry experts delivering first class coaching at 14 locations in the south and southeast of England.
Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a PGA Academy Head Coach, located in Hatfield. The Head Coach will be responsible for leading coaching programs, developing training plans, and providing personalized instruction to golf students. Additional tasks include organizing workshops and clinics, mentoring assistant coaches, and managing academy operations to ensure high standards of service and quality.

- Support of an experienced management team, with industry links for future career prospects both in the UK and abroad
Qualifications
- Strong coaching skills, including experience in developing training plans and providing personalized instruction
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in using golf performance software and programming
- Ability to connect and collaborate with operators and other coaches
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Certified PGA Professional with relevant experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for golf and driving improvements through collaboration
OTE
Expected earnings of £40,000-£50,000 based on previous candidates and current programming opportunities.
