This is a full-time, self-employed role for a Golf Coach and Custom Fit expert based at Pine Ridge Golf Centre, Frimley. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for providing top-quality golf coaching to all customers, with a specific focus on junior development and learn to play golf programs. Mentoring players to enhance their performance and fostering the development of their skills.
There is £2000 per month of business ready to handover which will be a great start for the right candidate to build their coaching business. Additionally, this role involves providing custom fitting services to customers, using launch monitor technology which will be provided to you for fittings and coaching. A great commission split on fittings gives you a huge upside on which to increase your earning potential.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Golf Coaching, specifically junior development and new golfer programs
- Experience in custom fitting with technology
- Strong ability to mentor and foster skill development in players
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students and staff
