Orbis Education and Care is proud to present Ty Enfys, a beautiful five‑bed residential home in Treorchy, designed to support adults with autism and complex needs to live safe, fulfilling, and meaningful lives. We’re looking for an inspiring Home Manager to lead this home and create a warm, inclusive, and empowering environment where people feel valued, respected, and supported.
Your Role
- Lead and inspire a dedicated, values‑driven team
- Manage a warm, inclusive, and safe home environment
- Create a culture of respect, dignity, and belonging
- Champion person‑centred care and independence
- Support and develop staff through coaching and mentoring
- Ensure high‑quality care, compliance, and best practice
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and professionals
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who leads with compassion, confidence, and integrity. In addition to your QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) you’ll need:
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up as a Home Manager
- Strong understanding of adult care regulations
- Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
- A genuine passion for improving lives
- A full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS with barred list check
