What you’ll be doing:
- Taking the lead on shift and guiding team members
- Ensuring the service consistently meets high‑quality standards
- Completing reports and supporting documentation processes
- Liaising with professionals, families, and external agencies
- Supporting care planning and assessments
- Helping promote a positive and successful service environment
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a care or support setting
- A full UK driving licence
- QCF Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
- Understanding of relevant legislation and care standards
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to role model best practice
- Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining a safe environment
- Knowledge of health & safety procedures and risk management
Important: This role involves regulated activity and requires an enhanced DBS check, including the barred list.
