What your day might look like: No two days are the same — and that’s what makes this role so rewarding. As a Support Worker, you’ll:
- Build positive, trusting relationships with the individuals you support
- Help with daily routines, personal care, and developing life skills
- Support independence through activities, outings, and community involvement
