The predicted salary is between 27800 - 28600 £ per year.

£13.45 to £13.75 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience. Full time, part time and night shifts available. Areas currently recruiting: Lydstep, Pembroke Dock, Saundersfoot & Haverfordwest.

We’re a leading organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism. We proudly offer six residences nestled across picturesque Pembrokeshire, including Lydstep, Pembroke Dock, Saundersfoot and Haverfordwest. A day in the life of working as a support worker includes:

  • Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
  • Supporting our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration;
  • Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones;
  • Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
  • Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise.

We are looking for people who care and have:

  • A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Resilience and patience when faced with challenges, adapting to individual needs.
  • A willingness to learn and follow guidance from the team.
  • Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
  • A full UK driving licence – essential for supporting our individuals with transport to appointments and activities.
  • The right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining on your visa (if applicable).

Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
