What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, but your role may include:

  • Supporting individuals with their daily routines and personal goals.
  • Encouraging independence and helping to develop confidence and life skills.
  • Accompanying individuals on community outings, activities and social opportunities.
  • Supporting hobbies, interests and meaningful experiences.
  • Creating a safe, supportive and positive environment.
  • Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality support.
