Located in the peaceful village of Freystop, just outside Haverfordwest, The Manse offers a friendly, family-style environment where both the people we support and our team can thrive.

Supporting a small number of individuals means you'll have the opportunity to provide truly person-centred support and see the positive impact of your work every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, but your role may include:

  • Supporting individuals with their daily routines and personal goals.
  • Encouraging independence and helping to develop confidence and life skills.
  • Accompanying individuals on community outings, activities and social opportunities.
  • Supporting hobbies, interests and meaningful experiences.
  • Creating a safe, supportive and positive environment.
  • Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality support.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who have:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Patience, resilience and the ability to adapt to individual needs.
  • Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication.

Right to Work Requirement: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and, where applicable, hold a visa with at least 18 months remaining at the time of application. We cannot accept applications from Student Visa holders or candidates requiring sponsorship or sponsorship transfers. Successful candidates with a time-limited right to work will be employed on a fixed-term contract ending on their visa expiry date.

Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
