About The Role
Support Worker roles £12.60 to £12.80 dependent on experience. Full time and part time roles available.

We proudly offer six residences nestled across picturesque Pembrokeshire, including Lydstep, Pembroke Dock, Saundersfoot and Haverfordwest. A day in the life of working as a support worker includes:
- Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
- Supporting our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration;
- Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones;
- Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
- Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
- General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.
