About The Role
Support Worker – Treharris – Full time – 39 hours a week plus sleep‑ins - £12.60 to £12.80 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience. (Driver essential)

- Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment.
- Being a positive role model.
- Promoting independence by supporting a range of activities.
- Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs.
- Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise.
- General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.
You’ll need:
- A can‑do attitude, resilient nature.
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential.
- To hold a current valid driver’s license.
- Compassion and empathy.
- Good communication both verbal and written.
- Flexibility around shift times.
- To be reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with children and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
