Senior Support Worker – Nights
Location: Bangeston Hall
Hourly rate: £12.80 to £13.70
Full time – Night shifts – 36 hours per week
Are you looking for a new challenge and the opportunity for career development? We have an exciting opportunity in Pembrokedock for a Senior Support Worker to join our home in Bangeston Hall, where you will support individuals with complex needs associated with autism.
You will be assisting in the day to day management of the home and help continue to improve the lives of the individuals we support. You will play a vital role in both the home and wider organisation, acting as a positive role model to both staff and our supported individuals.

To do well in this role, you\\\’ll need to have a passion for supporting individuals to live as fulfilled and independent lives as possible and everyday you will make a difference to the lives of people we support.
Responsibilities
- Act as shift leader
- Assist in ensuring service scouring standards are maintained.
- Assist in reporting and evidence gathering activities.
- Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in assessment, development and review of support and care plans.
- Promote and celebrate homes achievements.
Qualifications
- Experience in a positive support environment.
- QCF level 3 qualified.
- Experience in managing challenging behaviour.
- Knowledge of statutory regulations.
- Lead by example and always act as a positive role model.
- Upload company policies and standards.
- Able to understand and adhere to relevant safeguarding.
- Good awareness of conducting Health and Safety risk assessments.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift pattern.
- This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
