We’re looking for an inspiring Home Manager to lead this home and create a warm, inclusive, and empowering environment where people feel valued, respected, and supported. Whether you’re an experienced manager or a confident Deputy Manager ready to step up into a Home Manager role, this is a powerful opportunity to lead with heart, purpose, and impact.
Your Role
As the Home Manager at Maes Y Coed, you’ll be the heart of the home and the leader of the team. You’ll:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated, values-driven team
- Manage a warm, inclusive, and safe home environment
- Create a culture of respect, dignity, and belonging
- Champion person-centred care and independence
- Embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches
- Support and develop staff through coaching and mentoring
- Ensure high-quality care, compliance, and best practice
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and professionals
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who leads with compassion, confidence, and integrity. You’ll need:
- QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up as a Home Manager
- Strong understanding of adult care regulations
- Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
- A genuine passion for improving lives
- A full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS with barred list check
