Salary: £20,021.63 – £23,049 (Term Time) | £26,339.56 – £30,732 (Full Year Equivalent)

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team at Dan y Coed School. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a school community where your passion and energy can help transform lives every day.

As an LSA, you will:

Support teachers with lesson planning, assessments, and creative learning approaches.
Provide high-quality support for small groups of pupils with ASD and complex needs.
Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
Help organise engaging off-site activities and experiences.
Support pupils with routines, breaks, and personal care where required.
Promote an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages progress and positivity.What we’re looking for:

Resilient, empathetic, and creative individuals with a passion for supporting children.
GCSEs (or equivalent) are valued, and we provide qualifications in ‘Supporting Teaching and Learning’.
Experience with SEN/ASD is welcomed, but not essential—we’ll provide full training and support.Please Note: This position involves working with children in a regulated capacity and requires an Enhanced DBS Check, including a Barred List Check.
