About The Role

Salary: £29,213 per annum

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Location: Orbis Education & Care HQ, Pentwyn, Cardiff.

Role Overview

As an End-to-End Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, from advertising and screening to onboarding and compliance. Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll develop attraction strategies, maintain robust candidate records, and ensure all hires meet legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
  • Advertise roles, screen candidates, and manage interviews.
  • Conduct compliance checks, including Right to Work and references.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and manage onboarding processes.
  • Promote Orbis’ benefits to attract top talent.
  • Represent Orbis at recruitment events and job fairs; therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and attention to detail.

Attributes: Positive, adaptable, self-motivated, and committed to professional growth. Previous recruitment experience - Healthcare sector preferred. Previous experience achieving KPIs and targets.
