We're looking for a compassionate, confident, and integrity-driven Home Manager to lead a five‑bed residential home in Treorchy for adults with autism and complex needs.

Requirements

  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager with readiness to step up as Home Manager
  • Strong understanding of adult care regulations
  • Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Enhanced DBS with barred list check
